Coffee-Infused Maple Syrup

We must admit that we were hesitant to add anything to our maple syrup because it is already pretty perfect. But when we figured out that we could “brew” the flavor of coffee into our maple syrup, we knew we were onto something fun.  This coffee-infused maple syrup add just a bit of coffee flavor to make it really interesting.
Our favorite ways to use it include over ice cream, in cocktails, and of course on our pancakes and waffles.
